Masterman Park Homes has been a well-established family-run business, for over 30 years. We offer static caravans for hire and static caravans for sale for many uses, such as renting a mobile home while building. The static hire caravans are used by our customers for self-builds such as temporary mobile home rental while building and house renovations. In addition, they are often used for insurance claims and for farmers to accommodate farm workers for either temporary or permanent housing, while looking to secure the best temporary mobile home rental cost.
We also rent static caravans to anyone needing temporary mobile home rental while building in the short term on their own land, such as farmers (for farm workers), businesses with temporary workers needing accommodation or whether you are doing a self-build project or for an insurance claim on your own home as temporary accommodation while building. For the longer-term own land requirements, we also sell park homes, which can act as a Granny Annex, home office or just extra living space. Our static caravan hire and static caravan rental fleet is a mix of styles and sizes. We have both 10 foot (10′) and 12 foot (12′) wide models available, some with two or three bedroom models are available. Some models have free standing furniture although the majority have built in furniture, with have a variety of styles to suit all tastes. The 12′ wide static caravans are very useful to those who desire more spacious living and who have a site which can accommodate the larger models. Our smaller 10′ wide and 28′ long models are very useful to those who’s space is limited and where temporary mobile home rental cost is paramount.
We have an initial minimum temporary mobile home rental hire period of 12 weeks for our static caravan hire, but regularly have customers who use our temporary mobile home rental service for one or two years. Whilst their home renovation, self-build project or insurance claim is in progress. A project can take longer than planned, which is why renting a mobile home while building from us is flexible and can cope with temporary accommodation needs for shorter or longer term.

Customers who have used our static caravans and mobile homes hire service often say that they miss the caravan life once their project is finished. The team at Masterman’s strive to offer each customer what they need from our temporary accommodation service. We try to personalise each caravan to our customer’s needs, bunks beds are available in some models. We also allow customers to use their own mattresses if a suitable size in their rented static caravan. Pets are allowed with an extra damage deposit payable. Our static caravans are insured once on your site – and are electrically and gas tested before they leave our depot which means they provide excellent temporary mobile home rental while building.
The moving of a static caravan to your site – is probably the most expensive part of the static caravan hire process. We have experienced teams of drivers and siters who work with us. The journey is made easier with good planning – we do ask for photographs and measurements of your site. Mobile homes do require police movement orders (permits), from very police Forces area that the caravan will move through.
The static caravan will need to be sited on hard standing – but this can be concrete paving slabs or sleepers or hardcore. Allowing our static caravans to be sited on your site just where they are needed. Our experienced siting team can use a 4 x 4 to site your mobile home just where it is needed on your particular site offering a greater flexibility for renting a mobile home while building, whether it be for your family or workers who need a temporary home.
Temporary mobile home rental costs are individually worked out for your site and vary depending upon how far you are away from our head office in Norfolk. Our static caravan transport can start from as little as £330 each way. The costs of siting a static caravan or mobile home can start from as little as £100 again depending upon how far the team must travel.
